Remote Coaching?

 

Since the start of my coaching training in 2013 it has become second nature to successfully coach via video-call or even over the phone. Although in Germany at that time this practice was not seen as appropriate for any coaching interaction it is now becoming the norm.

 

Try it out – all you need is a quiet place and a good phone- or internet connection.
